In the context of integration and development, the preservation and promotion of the value of folk arts, especially folk songs and Cheo, requires a systematic organization method, attracting the participation of all classes of people, especially the young generation.

At the conference, People's Artist Van Chuong and Folk Music Researcher Mai Van Lang shared some contents about the history of the formation and development of Cheo art; the formation of Cheo mats, Cheo villages and Cheo clubs; the role of Cheo actors when singing, dancing, acting, and transforming into performances and roles... Along with that, the artists performed some folk songs and Cheo performances and discussed methods to build and maintain effective clubs.
