The 1st Conference of Delegates of the Cao Dai White Robed Female Sect

On the morning of August 5, the Cao Dai Bach Y Church held the first conference of female delegates in 2025. Attending the conference were: Deputy Director of the Cao Dai Department, Government Committee for Religious Affairs, Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Nguyen Thi Huong; Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province Danh Lam; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Farmers' Association, representatives of Thanh Loc commune and 127 female delegates representing 14 parishes and 2 ritual committees.

The Cao Dai Bach Y Church has over 2,900 female followers. In 2024, with the spirit of mutual love, the Women's Sect participated in contributing working days and mobilizing funds to repair and upgrade 10 facilities, with a total cost of over 2.1 billion VND; mobilizing benefactors to give Tet gifts, donate over 108 tons of rice, donate over 171,200 meals, over 115,800 free herbal medicines... The total cost of implementing social security work is over 5.1 billion VND.

The Cao Dai Bach Y Congregation’s female sect actively responds to patriotic emulation movements; educates generations in the family to love the Fatherland, love the nation, study hard, and fulfill their civic duties; each parish is associated with an environmental protection club, responding to climate change, etc.

At the conference, the Cao Dai Bach Y Holy See appointed a Women's Steering Committee consisting of 9 delegates, with the coordinator Pham Thu Ha (Ngoc Ha Huong) as Head of the Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Cao Dai Department of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs, Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Nguyen Thi Huong acknowledged and commended the contributions of the Women's Sect in the struggle to protect and build the Fatherland. At the same time, she expressed her hope that the Women's Sect of the Cao Dai Bach Y Holy See will continue to preserve and promote traditional moral values associated with the Cao Dai religion; unite and develop a strong organization; continue to participate in patriotic emulation movements, mobilize resources to effectively carry out social security work, protect the environment, build new rural areas, and civilized urban areas; work with the government to ensure security and order, and build a great national unity bloc...

Master Hue Tin Tran Van Huynh, Head of the Standing Committee of the Cao Dai Bach Y Church, presented certificates of merit to groups and individuals.

On this occasion, the Cao Dai Bach Y Holy See commended 11 collectives and 4 individuals of the female sects of the parishes with outstanding achievements and many contributions in practicing religion in 2024.
