The 3rd Conference of Advanced Ethnic Minorities Committee for the period 2025 - 2030

Towards the 6th Cao Bang Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, on February 26, 2025, the Government and the grassroots Trade Union of the Cao Bang Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee organized the 3rd Conference of advanced models for the period 2025 - 2030. The Conference was chaired by Comrade Be Van Hung - Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee, Party Cell Secretary and Comrade Ha Van Vui - Deputy Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union; Attending the Conference were the leaders of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee and all leaders, civil servants and employees of the Ethnic Minorities Committee.

The conference evaluated the results of the emulation movement and reward work in the period of 2020 - 2025 and drew lessons, proposed solutions to continue to promote the spirit of patriotism, emulation and strive to successfully complete the political tasks in the next 5 years (2025 - 2030) of the government and the Ethnic Minority Committee trade union organization . At the conference, typical advanced collectives and individuals discussed and exchanged good and creative practices in professional work and movement activities to create positive spillover effects in the unit . The conference also honored and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020 - 2025 to arouse the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance and innovation of collectives, individuals, civil servants and workers.

With the results achieved in the period of 2020 - 2025, the Ethnic Committee has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister to 01 collective, 01 individual and is submitting to the Prime Minister to award a Certificate of Merit to the Ethnic Committee Collective for its outstanding achievements in ethnic work in the period of 2019 - 2024 ; The Ethnic Committee awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag in 2024; The Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit to 01 individual; The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives and 14 individuals ; The Head of the Ethnic Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 09 collectives and 56 individuals; The superior Trade Union comprehensively commended 05 union members, commended the Movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework" to 06 union members ; The Chairman of the Ethnic Committee Trade Union awarded comprehensive Certificates of Merit to 64 union members, and awarded specialized Certificates of Merit to 24 union members.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Be Van Hung, Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee, requested all civil servants, employees, and union members to promote a sense of responsibility, enthusiastically compete, and continue to successfully complete the requirements and assigned tasks in the industry's fields of work in the period of 2025 - 2030; the entire Ethnic Minorities sector is determined to compete, strive to excellently complete assigned tasks and plans; well implement the Central and provincial directives and guidelines on work, emulation and rewards, especially Directive No. 41-CT/TW dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in emulation and rewards in the new situation. to create a strong and comprehensive change in awareness, ideology and responsibility for emulation and reward work of the Ethnic Sector. Focus on discovering, nurturing and replicating typical advanced examples to act as the core in the emulation movement; do a good job of summarizing, concluding, evaluating and timely rewarding to promote the patriotic emulation movement more and more effectively, successfully carry out the political tasks of the agency and the trade union organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels./.
