According to Chairman of the Red Cross Society of Dong Nai province Nguyen Tan Hung, responding to the Campaign "Join hands to overcome floods" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society , the Call of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee... The Executive Committee of the Red Cross Society of Dong Nai province earnestly calls on organizations and individuals to actively contribute (money, goods) to help people in the provinces heavily affected by storm No. 10.
The Provincial Red Cross Society pledges that all resources contributed by donors will be used for the intended purpose.

The time to mobilize and receive donations is from October 3, 2025 to October 31, 2025, directly at the Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross Society, No. 03, Hoang Minh Chau, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province; via bank transfer: Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross Society, account number 20251234, Vietinbank Binh Phuoc Branch, transfer content: name of unit/individual + "Join hands to overcome floods" 2025.
Immediately after the appeal, the Provincial Red Cross Society received more than 68.5 million VND from individuals and organizations. Among them was Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong, who, despite being 100 years old, still asked her children and grandchildren to take her from Tam Phuoc ward to the Provincial Red Cross Society headquarters to contribute 1 month of pension (4.65 million VND) to support flood victims.

Ms. Huong said: Her wish is to share with people affected by natural disasters through the Provincial Red Cross. She hopes that every day more and more people will join in contributing to help people in flood-affected areas overcome the consequences and soon rebuild their lives.
