At the conference, businesses exchanged information on their operational status, difficulties, and obstacles, and requested the province and relevant agencies to provide support and resolve issues such as: ensuring the supply of mineral resources for land leveling to accelerate the progress of urban development projects; supporting construction permits, extending construction deadlines, and restarting tourism projects; synchronizing transmission connection plans for upcoming renewable energy projects; ensuring conditions to attract tourists; updating and supplementing the marine spatial planning to accommodate high-tech aquaculture projects; and conditions for marine sports tourism activities.

Based on the businesses' recommendations, representatives from relevant departments and agencies provided specific answers to the questions and concerns; offered guidance on policies and laws; and proposed solutions and directions to address the difficulties faced by businesses in related fields.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions of the businesses, emphasizing that the province always stands alongside businesses, creating conditions for them to operate most effectively; considering the success of businesses as the success of the province. He requested relevant departments and units to definitively resolve business dossiers; to promptly address difficulties and obstacles in production and business; and to provide specific guidance and information to investors on policies, procedures, and processes for handling project dossiers. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also urged businesses to uphold their responsibilities, demonstrate dynamism and creativity, show determination to invest, complete all necessary dossiers and conditions for production and business according to regulations, and bring projects into operation as soon as possible to achieve efficiency. He also urged them to proactively coordinate with relevant departments, units, and localities to receive timely support in resolving difficulties and obstacles during the investment process in the province.
