Conference to disseminate, study and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of September 11, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to disseminate, study and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the conference were comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and members of the Party Committee.

Organizing the Conference to disseminate, study and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is an important task to bring the Resolution of the Congress into life, turn political determination into concrete revolutionary actions, create new momentum and motivation in the entire Party to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out by the Congress.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh - Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee said that the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, was a great success, opening a new development period. The Congress discussed democratically, reached high consensus, and passed a Resolution with the theme: "Solidarity, innovation in thinking, daring to think, daring to do, breakthrough development, contributing to making Nghe An a well-off province in the country." At the same time, the Congress also affirmed the motto for action during the term: "Solidarity - Discipline - Efficiency - Effectiveness - Efficiency". This is both a guideline and a call to action for all cadres and party members in the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee in the new term.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on the basic and core contents of the Congress Resolution. In particular, the results achieved, limitations, causes and lessons learned in the past term were clearly assessed; at the same time, the themes, action guidelines, key targets, breakthroughs, tasks, solutions and key tasks in the 2025-2030 term were clarified.

Regarding the action program to implement the Congress Resolution, the Party Executive Committee has drafted and submitted it for comments from the comrades attending the conference. Based on the comments of the Conference and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2025-2030 term will promptly promulgate and deploy implementation throughout the Party Committee.

In order for the conference to achieve high results, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee requested the delegates to strictly comply with the conference regulations, attend the conference on time, not do personal work; uphold the sense of responsibility, focus on studying and fully comprehending the contents of the Resolution. This is an important basis for the grassroots Party Committee, directly the Party Committee Secretary, to base on to implement, disseminate and study the Congress Resolution in the agency and unit.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress is the crystallization of the wisdom, will, and aspiration for innovation and development of the entire Party Committee. Thoroughly grasping, studying, and organizing the implementation of the Resolution is the key step to turn the decisions of the Congress into vivid reality in life. From thoroughly grasping and studying the Resolution today, it helps us have a high unity of awareness and action in the entire Party Committee, build political determination, sense of responsibility, and put the Resolution into practice in the direction and operation of departments, branches, sectors, and units under the Provincial People's Committee.

The conference heard Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Van Nhien   thoroughly grasp the basic and core contents of the Congress Resolution, emphasizing the theme: "Solidarity, unity, innovation in thinking, daring to think, daring to do, breakthrough development, contributing to making Nghe An a well-off province of the country"; with the consistent motto of action: "Solidarity - Discipline - Efficiency - Effectiveness - Efficiency."

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Van Nhien also clarified the contents including evaluating the results achieved, pointing out the limitations in the past term; clarifying the general goals, 8 main target groups, 3 breakthroughs, tasks, main solutions and 5 key tasks of the Congress Resolution. At the same time, analyzing and clarifying the contents of the draft action program to implement the Party Congress Resolution.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Tuan Vinh assessed that the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress is the crystallization of the intelligence, will and aspirations of all cadres and party members in the Party Committee. Bringing the Resolution into life is the responsibility of each party organization and each cadre and party member.

To carry out that task well, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that immediately after this Conference, the grassroots Party Committees need to continue to study in depth and grasp the spirit and content of the Resolution. Urgently and proactively develop an action program and plan to implement the Resolution; clearly assign tasks, determine timelines, targets, and specific solutions; ensure consistency and unity from policy to action.

Pursuant to Plan No. 20-KH/DU dated August 30, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, organize a conference to disseminate and study at the grassroots level, ensuring requirements on content, objects, and time of organization. At the same time, develop and deploy an action program to implement the Resolution of the Party Committee and Party Cell so that each cadre and Party member can grasp and implement it.

Grassroots Party Committees, directly the secretaries of agencies and units, must be exemplary and pioneers in organizing the implementation of the Resolution, creating a favorable environment and conditions for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to promote the spirit of innovation, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good.

In the process of implementing the Resolution, each collective and individual must closely follow the cultivation and training of political qualities, ethics, and lifestyle; promote the exemplary role and sense of responsibility of cadres and party members. At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision work, promptly correct deviations, overcome difficulties, and remove obstacles so that the Resolution can be implemented synchronously and effectively.

Strengthening propaganda and dissemination work, making the Resolution deeply penetrate into the awareness, becoming a voluntary action of each cadre, party member and the masses. Each comrade attending the Conference today must truly be an active propagandist, contributing to creating a widespread spread throughout the Party...
