BHG - On the afternoon of June 2, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises (CQ-DN) held a mid-term review conference on the implementation of the Resolution of the 23rd Party Congress of the Bloc, term 2020 - 2025. Attending the conference were comrade Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Party building committees.

During the past half term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc has performed well its political tasks based on the resolutions and key work programs set out, completing and exceeding 9/10 targets of the resolutions. Organizing the study, dissemination, propaganda, preliminary and final reviews of directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees to ensure quality and effectiveness. Political and ideological education work has been focused on with many new points, diversified in forms, promoting the effectiveness of direct and online propaganda and education on electronic information pages, media and social networks. Mass mobilization work has been focused on leading, effectively maintaining the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" associated with the patriotic emulation movement, implementing the political tasks of agencies and units. The Party building and organization work has many innovations, closely following the grassroots, the principles of Party organization and activities have been seriously implemented, the quality of Party cell activities has been from good to above, effectively implementing the model of "4-good Party organization", "4-good Party cell", improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the contingent of cadres and Party members; admitting 338 outstanding masses into the Party, reaching 84.5% compared to the target set by the congress resolution. Inspection and supervision work has been strengthened, Party discipline has been strictly handled and complaints and denunciations have been resolved promptly and in accordance with regulations, Party committees and organizations at all levels have conducted 891/934 inspections and supervisions of 294 Party organizations and 959 Party members (reaching 95.4% of the plan)...

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and proposing solutions to complete and exceed the resolution targets, specifically: Promoting the spirit and responsibility of cadres and party members; striving for 100% of grassroots party committees to well organize the dissemination and study of Party directives and resolutions, State policies and laws; improving the quality of cadres, civil servants, public employees, heads of agencies and units; promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, etc.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the flexible leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc. He analyzed and clarified the achievements and difficulties and limitations in the first half of the term of implementing the Resolution of the 23rd Party Congress of the Bloc. He requested: Continue to improve the leadership capacity, promote the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially the heads of agencies, units and enterprises; direct, research and advise on the effective and synchronous implementation of resolutions, projects and plans of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee; effectively carry out administrative reform, improve public ethics, and improve the business environment. At the same time, focus on innovating and improving the quality of Party cell activities and Party members, effectively implementing the model of "4 Good Party Cells", strengthening the building of Party organizations, and focusing on Party development in enterprises. Pay attention to the planning, training and development of cadres, especially female and young cadres. Strictly carry out inspection and supervision work. At the same time, improve the operational efficiency of political and social organizations under the Party Committee of the Bloc; do a good job of taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. Together, be determined and unite to complete the targets set by the Resolution of the 23rd Party Congress of the Bloc; contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
