![]() Ms. Luu Hai Yen, Vice Chairman of Ha Lam Ward People's Committee: “An opportunity for the ward to thoroughly resolve the situation of fragmented and inconsistent land data” Immediately after the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 230/KH-UBND dated September 10, 2025 to implement the campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database in the province, the People's Committee of Ha Lam ward was the first unit in the province to issue a Decision to establish a Working Group to implement the campaign, organize training for members of the group, propagate and mobilize people to participate in response, establish a zalo group to regularly direct and monitor the implementation progress, promptly answer questions and difficulties of neighborhoods and residential groups, and arrange each part of the work reasonably and scientifically . All members of the team were informed and guided on the steps from collecting documents such as Land Use Rights Certificates and ID cards of land users to scanning and entering data. At the same time, the quality of teamwork was enhanced and improved, maximizing the strength of the collective. After more than a month of implementing the plan, up to this point, the Working Group has collected 7,960 sets of documents, entered data on 215 sets of documents and scanned 250 sets of documents. In the coming time, Ha Lam ward will continue to focus on many solutions to accelerate the completion before the deadline of November 30, 2025 according to the province's plan. |

Data is also divided into 3 groups: Completed data, can be deployed immediately; data that needs to be edited, supplemented, authenticated; data that cannot be used and rebuilt. Based on the assigned tasks, in the past time, the Hong Gai Ward Police force has urgently taken action, promoting its strengths in residence management to support cross-checking and verifying information, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of the database. At the same time, coordinating with the Ward Working Group, drastically implementing many solutions to complete the data entry work. Up to now, in the ward, there have been more than 8,000 land plots with fully updated data components according to standards, accounting for nearly 90% of the total number of land plots, creating an important foundation for handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment. |
![]() Mr. Nguyen Kim Chien, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Tan Tien village, Ba Che commune : “ The land data collection procedure is simple, fast and effective” During the implementation of the Campaign to enrich and clean up the national database on land, we also encountered many difficulties and problems such as: Many Land Use Right Certificates lack information fields for data entry, land users are afraid and worried and do not want to provide data, many land plots have difficulty identifying the users, etc. To overcome the above situation, Tan Tien village has also established a working group to strengthen propaganda and explain the State's policies and the benefits for the people after integrating land information on the VneID application. In particular, we have notified the people in the village through social networking groups or written invitations to each household. The implementation process is quite simple, all documents are just photocopies, no notarization is required, so the collection is quick. The most important thing is the people's self-awareness and urgent implementation within the announced time. Thanks to that, in 2 days October 16 and 17, Tan Tien village collected 330 sets of documents, completing 100% of the workload in the village. |

Recently, I and the Youth Union members of Yen Tu ward have coordinated with the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward to collect land records of the people, scan documents, update document encryption information to ensure compliance with regulations. During the implementation phase of this important campaign, I personally and the Youth Union members will actively coordinate with agencies and units, guide people to collect records, clean up land data in the ward. |
