Conference to summarize the emulation movement of the General Staff Agencies

On January 4, 2018, the Emulation Bloc of General Staff Agencies (The Emulation Bloc includes 08 units: Department of Foreign Affairs (Head of Bloc), Ethnic Minorities Committee (Deputy Head of Bloc), Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Office of the Provincial People's Council, Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment and Department of Home Affairs); organized a conference to summarize the emulation movement in 2017 and deploy the emulation movement in 2018. Attending and directing the conference was comrade Le Van Mieu, Head of the Emulation and Reward Board of Cao Bang province.

In 2017, the Party committees and leaders of the agencies in the bloc were always active and proactive in integrating emulation movements in accordance with the political tasks and the nature of the industry and field in association with "promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"; the units in the bloc responded and launched comprehensive emulation movements, specialized emulation movements; and carried out special emulation campaigns to celebrate major holidays. Well organized the registration, covenants and launching of exciting emulation movements, with rich and practical content, focusing on key points, promoting the role of organizations in the emulation movement. In particular, in 2017, the Emulation Bloc successfully organized the Volleyball Tournament and cultural exchange with the enthusiastic participation of a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the agencies in the bloc, thereby creating an exciting emulation movement, strengthening the solidarity and closeness between the agencies. The emulation work to build advanced models has been paid attention and focused by the agencies in the bloc, encouraging and honoring outstanding collectives and individuals in the emulation movement launched by all levels. The emulation movement to join hands to build new rural areas has been actively participated by all agencies in activities to help communes build new rural areas, contributing human resources, material and spiritual resources to the communes assigned to take charge.

In addition to the achievements and results, the Provincial General Staff Emulation Bloc also pointed out the shortcomings and limitations, thereby finding solutions to overcome them and proposing directions for emulation work in 2018. From there, it promotes each individual and collective to strive to excellently complete assigned political tasks, develop the socio -economy, maintain political and security stability, and ensure social order and safety of the province.

The conference reviewed, voted and honored the Department of Home Affairs, proposed the Provincial People's Committee to award the flag to the excellent emulation unit in 2017 and proceeded to hand over tasks between the Head and Deputy Head of the Emulation Block of the General Staff Agencies. Accordingly, in 2018, the Head of the Emulation Block of the General Staff Agencies is the Ethnic Committee and the Deputy Head of the Emulation Block of the General Staff Agencies is the Department of Finance./.
