Foreign Ministry Spokesperson informs about resuming travel with other countries

Vietnam is discussing with a number of countries such as China, South Korea, and Japan about gradually resuming travel on the basis of ensuring compliance with epidemic prevention measures.

On June 18, in response to a reporter's question about the possibility of Vietnam resuming travel with other countries in the context of Vietnam having initially controlled the epidemic, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang said:

“Based on the situation and needs of both sides, Vietnam is discussing with a number of countries such as China, South Korea, and Japan about gradually resuming travel on the basis of ensuring compliance with epidemic prevention measures under specific conditions, not allowing the spread of the epidemic, and first of all, creating favorable conditions for experts and managers from these countries to return to Vietnam to work and for Vietnamese interns and workers to go to the above-mentioned countries to work”./.
