At the conference, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training thoroughly grasped the system of legal documents related to decentralization, delegation of authority, and assignment of state management authority in education; and provided guidance on implementing state management in education according to 2-level local authorities. Localities exchanged and discussed difficulties, obstacles, recommendations, and proposals to effectively implement this work.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Pham Ngoc Thuong said that units under the Ministry of Education and Training will be assigned to set up information hubs to have a mechanism to reflect difficulties and shortcomings. The Ministry will also edit Q&A documents to support localities in the working process. He suggested that after the conference, the Departments of Education and Training continue to have responsible, proactive, and creative working methods and approaches, aiming at the highest goal of smooth and effective operation of local education management. At the same time, management staff from the Department of Education and Training to the People's Committees at the commune level, and teachers need to continue to study legal documents, combine exchanges and learn from colleagues to promptly resolve arising problems...
