Average income per capita reached 64 million VND/person/year, an increase of 8.5 million VND/person/year. Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Tinh Bien Ward Party Committee Nguyen Hong Duc requested that party cells, affiliated party committees, each agency and unit continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, creating unity and clarity of the entire political system to well perform assigned tasks.

At the same time, agencies and units are required to actively participate in promoting the strengths of trade - services, border trade, and take measures to improve the quality of operations of Tinh Bien border market; increase job creation for local workers working at enterprises located in the area; develop the education and training sector; and ensure good security, order and social safety in the area.
