Conference on propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on prevention and combat of smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods

On the afternoon of July 19, the Cao Bang City Legal Education and Dissemination Coordination Council held a conference to disseminate laws on preventing and combating smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods to more than 140 businesses and business households in the area.

At the conference, delegates were informed about the basic contents of the Law on Tax Administration and documents guiding its implementation; the basic contents of Decree No. 98, dated August 26, 2020 of the Government regulating sanctions for administrative violations in commercial activities, production, trade of counterfeit and prohibited goods and protection of consumer rights; the basic contents of the Law on Pharmacy and documents guiding its implementation; the basic contents of Decree No. 38, dated March 29, 2021 of the Government regulating sanctions for administrative violations in the fields of culture and advertising.

Through the conference, it is aimed to promptly propagate and widely disseminate legal documents and newly issued regulations of the Central Government, the province and the city, and improve legal knowledge for small and medium enterprises, business households and cooperatives in the city to better understand legal documents to comply with the provisions of the law.
