With the development of the internet and online platforms, Can Tho music can easily reach a global audience. Artists in Can Tho can release music products through platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, or Apple Music, thereby reaching audiences domestically and in other countries.

Integration is also an opportunity for cross-pollination to create new creativity: Combining traditional and modern music creates a unique style. Traditional music can be "revived" by digitizing musical heritage, making 3D MVs, livestreaming traditional music, reformed opera... or using AI to restore musical instruments, re-arranging ancient music in a new style. Promoting traditional music is also easy thanks to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Spotify... to reach international youth.

Unique folk music genres such as Don Ca Tai Tu and Cai Luong will have the opportunity to spread widely to the world , especially to the Vietnamese community abroad. Regarding the development of cultural industry, specifically in the music field, what potential does Can Tho City have, according to the musician?

- The potential for developing the music industry and music events in the city is still very rich. Can Tho can become a center for organizing major music events, including festivals, seminars and competitions; attracting domestic artists and possibly inviting international artists to participate, creating opportunities for exchange and learning.

Furthermore, Can Tho can develop music models combining folk and modern music to attract international audiences. Organizing music performances and festivals combined with tourism will bring great benefits to the city's music industry.

With that potential, according to the musician, what is the solution to develop the music market in Can Tho in the 4.0 era?

- First of all, I would like to emphasize the role of strengthening training and developing human resources in the industry. Can Tho City needs to focus on developing quality music training programs, especially in composition, production, performance and management. Bring traditional music into art education, student programs. Create conditions for young artists to research and renew traditional music. Opening professional training facilities helps the talented and passionate young generation to equip themselves with a solid foundation to develop their musical careers.

Next, there is the issue of copyright protection and supporting artists to protect their rights. Authorities and music organizations in Can Tho need to develop transparent policies on this issue. Raising awareness about copyright and authorship will help prevent illegal copying and distribution of music.
