Thai Nguyen women are increasingly making important contributions in most fields. With the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to try, many women have been taking on the responsibility of leading and managing investment enterprises in many fields. In recent times, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association - with the role of gathering, connecting and supporting female business members - has continuously grown, actively contributing to the overall development of the province and implementing many meaningful social security programs.

Actively playing the role of a connector, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association has organized many collective activities to help members enhance solidarity, exchange and share experiences in the business field; widely promote to businesses owned by members to support each other in the form of consuming products, services for each other and capital in business.

The Association has registered 50 trade promotion programs with nearly 200 member businesses participating in introducing and promoting products and services; organized and coordinated the organization of nearly 50 courses to improve members' capacity in business administration. At the same time, it has implemented documents from the Central and the province and activities associated with digital transformation, supporting women to start businesses. Thanks to that, 100% of members have made flexible changes in the 4.0 technology era and affirmed their mettle as well as their position and role.

In addition, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association always plays a good role as a bridge between the government and businesses. Every year, the Association sends out questionnaires and surveys to businesses, sends leaders and members to participate in meetings and dialogues with authorities to resolve difficulties and obstacles, helping the Provincial People's Committee to directly approach businesses on issues of concern to businesses such as: Support mechanisms for businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, administrative procedures related to taxes, land, production and business premises, etc.
Representatives of the Association participated in 157 dialogues and meetings with local authorities and departments and branches with more than 300 opinions presented at seminars and conferences on PCI and DDCI of the province.

Not only playing a good role in connecting production and business, Thai Nguyen Women Entrepreneurs Association is also one of the leading and pioneering organizations in volunteer activities for the community in the province. During the past term, the Association has always determined to take humanitarian activities as a measure of the compassion of businessmen, actively participating in the emulation movement "Thai Nguyen joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind"; activities to support the prevention and control of COVID-19, join hands to repel the epidemic; build warm houses, collective weddings for workers, etc.
The total amount of money that the Association has contributed to charity and humanitarian activities from 2018 to present is more than 4.4 billion VND; member businesses have also contributed more than 30 billion VND to charity and humanitarian activities.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Association, General Director of Thai Hung Trading Joint Stock Company, was honored to receive the title of "Outstanding ASEAN Women Entrepreneur" in 2019; the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union awarded the "Vietnamese Women in 2021" award and was honored as "Outstanding Thai Nguyen Citizen in 2022"...

| The province currently has 1,843 women-owned enterprises, accounting for 26.3% of the total number of operating enterprises. The Thai Nguyen Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association has 350 members, operating in many industries. In the period of 2018-2023, the total revenue generated from member enterprises reached over 550,000 billion VND. The total number of employees working at female entrepreneur member enterprises is 98,000 people, of which 57% are female workers. |
