136 households received support to borrow breeding heifers from the Xuan Oi Fund.

From 2018 to present, in Phu Binh district, 136 households have been supported with loans for breeding heifers through the Xuan Dip Fund - a program sponsored by Mr. Ta Xuan Dip, Director of Thai Phong Joint Stock Company (Hanoi).

The District Farmers' Association is the agency assigned to advise and implement the breeding heifer loan program through the Xuan Diep Fund.

According to information from the Xuan Dip Fund Management Board, from 2018 to present, Mr. Ta Xuan Dip has contributed a total of 875 million VND to develop the fund in Phu Binh district. From the above funding source, the first 73 households have been able to borrow to buy 73 female calves. According to the program's regulations, households must care for and raise the calves until they give birth. After that, they will return the first calf to the Fund Management Board and have full ownership of the mother calf to continue raising and developing the family economy .

The results showed that the initial herd of breeding calves was well cared for by the people, grew well, and reproduced quickly. From the initial 73 female calves, the program expanded to 63 more breeding calves to continue lending to 63 new households. To date, the total number of households benefiting has increased to 136, in the communes of Dao Xa, Bao Ly, Tan Thanh, Tan Khanh, and Tan Hoa.

The program of borrowing breeding heifers from the Xuan Dip Fund has been bringing practical results, contributing to helping many poor households in Phu Binh district improve their income, stabilize their lives and gradually escape poverty. Up to now, the whole district has had 59 households escape poverty thanks to income from breeding heifers. Some households continue to multiply their herds, maintaining 2 to 3 calves.
