Ms. Duong Thi Lanh is one of many workers with a fairly high income, averaging 20-24 million VND/month, without overtime. Over the past 2 years, TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company has maintained production in the direction of not organizing overtime, but instead reducing working hours by 30 minutes/day without reducing income.
