Workshop "Developing community tourism associated with family building and craft villages in Ha Nam"

At the workshop, delegates who are lecturers, researchers, officers and experts of the Institute of VNH&KHDT and the University of Natural Sciences focused on discussing and clarifying the following contents: Assessing the position and role of rural tourism and community tourism in tourism development in Ha Nam; assessing the current status of community tourism product development in the province; orienting the development of community tourism products associated with the province's craft villages; orienting the work of promoting community tourism in Ha Nam; proposing ideas, tasks and solutions to effectively implement the proposed development orientation.

In his closing speech, Professor, Dr. Truong Quang Hai stated that the workshop received many discussions, including comments on the limitations and weaknesses of Ha Nam community tourism in line with the current situation. At the same time, there were many new and good creative ideas, suitable for the current trend of community tourism development as well as the actual conditions of the province.

Many orientations and solutions have been proposed by scientists, managers and tourism experts to develop community tourism associated with building families and craft villages in Ha Nam. These are important bases for the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism as well as relevant agencies of the province to continue advising on the issuance of policies, mechanisms, guidelines and measures to promote the development of community tourism in the coming time.
