Literature and Arts Association meets to celebrate 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press

PTQ - On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, on the afternoon of June 20, the Quang Ngai Province Literature and Arts Association held a meeting with leaders and former leaders of the Association through the periods, artists and journalists.

At the meeting, the delegates reviewed the glorious journey of 100 years of Vietnamese Revolutionary Press and 98 years of Quang Ngai Revolutionary Press. From the Dan Cay newspaper founded in 1927 in Quang Ngai to the current press agencies and specialized magazines, in which, Song Tra Magazine is the mouthpiece of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, one of the typical publications imbued with the cultural identity, literature and art of Quang Ngai homeland. Not only stopping at the role of periodic publication, the magazine has gradually established its own position in the revolutionary press flow, with its in-depth content and academic value.

The meeting is an opportunity to show gratitude and honor journalists and artists, and to further motivate Song Tra magazine and Quang Ngai literary and artistic press to continue affirming their position in the flow of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism.
