Today (April 19), working delegations from the province and the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs will visit and present gifts to the families of martyrs who died in the Dien Bien Phu campaign and policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. In Nga Son and Lang Chanh districts, the Mai An Tiem Festival and the Chi Linh Son Festival will take place.
