More than 1,100 warm coats given to students in difficult areas

The Quang Tri Provincial Military Command (CHQS) has just coordinated with the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the “Hoa Chia Chia” Charity Fund to organize the “Warm Clothes for Children” program at schools in the mountainous areas of the province. Colonel Le Hong Viet, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, was the head of the delegation.

At kindergartens in Ba Nang commune (Dakrong district); Gio Mai commune (Gio Linh district); Vinh Ha, Vinh Khe, Vinh Chap, Vinh Thai communes (Vinh Linh district), the delegation presented more than 1,100 warm coats to students at schools in remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas.

The program "Warm clothes for children" was organized by the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command in coordination with the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the "Hoa chia chia" Charity Fund, not only to promptly bring warm clothes to students in the cold winter, but also to convey the love and sharing of officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command and philanthropists for students in remote, mountainous and coastal areas with many difficulties in Quang Tri province.

Children in difficult areas were happy to receive warm clothes given by soldiers.

This is one of the regularly organized activities with practical significance, demonstrating the affection and responsibility of the armed forces of Quang Tri province towards the grassroots, joining hands with local Party committees and authorities to build a good community.

This will further motivate them to have better learning conditions and strive to become useful citizens for their families and society. This is also an opportunity to effectively implement the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the armed forces of Military Region 4 in special areas in the military region for the period 2023-2030 and the following years".
