(BGDT) - On June 25, at the Center for Continuing Education, Information Technology - Foreign Languages of the province, authorized by the Department of Construction, the Bac Giang Provincial Real Estate Association organized the first real estate brokerage practice certificate exam in 2023 for more than 500 candidates inside and outside the province.

 

The exam aims to grant a brokerage practice certificate, helping real estate brokers operate in accordance with legal regulations, and at the same time providing data for state agencies to manage real estate brokerage activities in the area.

Candidates who pass the exam will be granted a real estate brokerage certificate.

The exam took place within 1 day with the participation of 529/546 registered candidates. These candidates met the requirements to take the exam according to the regulations in Circular No. 11/2015/TT-BXD dated December 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Construction .

Accordingly, candidates must take two exams: Basic knowledge and professional knowledge; the exam format is written and multiple choice; each exam lasts 120 minutes.

The exam content is within the framework of the training program, fostering knowledge of real estate brokerage practice and real estate trading floor management as prescribed in Circular No. 11/2015/TT-BXD. Specifically, it includes: Laws related to investment, business and real estate market activities; prevention and combat of money laundering in real estate business; overview of real estate brokerage services; brokerage processes and skills, and handling of practical situations in this field.

During the exam, the Council made a record and suspended the exam for 2 candidates who violated the regulations.
