Honda Vietnam successfully organized the "Excellent Customer Service Staff Contest" for Honda Auto Distributors nationwide.

October 17, 2025 – Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) organized the final round of the Excellent Customer Service Staff Competition at its Phu Tho headquarters. The annual competition is not only a playground but also an opportunity to improve the skills of technicians, service consultants, customer relations staff, and spare parts staff of Honda Auto Distributors, thereby improving customer satisfaction nationwide.

This year's competition was launched in May 2025, attracting more than 800 candidates across the country to compete in 5 categories: Customer Relations Officer, Service Advisor, Body Repair Technician, Paint Technician and Spare Parts Staff. After round 1 - preliminary theory and round 2 - theory and practice, the competition found the 45 best representatives across the country to advance to the final round. On October 17, 2025, 45 "golden faces" gathered at HVN's headquarters to compete, affirm their abilities as well as share their skills and practical work experience.

The competitions were conducted in a variety of formats, creating conditions for candidates to fully demonstrate their strengths. Starting with the Theory test with multiple choice and essay questions, covering many areas of knowledge in customer care, engineering or spare parts respectively. In a limited time, candidates demonstrated solid professional knowledge and competed fiercely in information processing speed.

The situation handling skills competitions and practical exams created conditions for candidates to demonstrate their ability to handle situations quickly and skillfully apply knowledge in practice. This was also the competition that left strong impressions on all members of the Organizing Committee.

In addition, candidates also have the opportunity to demonstrate their confidence, customer perspective as well as new initiatives at work through an attractive but equally stressful speaking competition.

After a full day of competition under the impartial evaluation of the Jury, the Final Round of the Excellent Customer Service Staff Competition has found the 15 best faces for 5 categories of Distributors. Specifically as follows:
