Meeting to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20

The meeting took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere with the participation of the Center's Board of Directors, the Executive Board of the Trade Union and a large number of female officers, civil servants and workers from the departments and professional offices. This is an opportunity to review the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women, and at the same time to express gratitude and honor the silent but great contributions of women in professional work and in building a united and strong collective unit.

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. CKII. Tran Hien Khoa - Director of the Center sent warm congratulations to all female employees and workers: "Women are always the ones who keep the fire burning, not only in the family but also at work. At CDC Ca Mau , the sisters always show a sense of responsibility and dedication, both taking care of housework and completing assigned tasks excellently. The Center is proud to have a group of female staff who are good at their profession, full of emotions and always devoted to the health of the community."

Representing the female staff of the Center, Ms. Duong Kim Ngan - Head of the Department of Reproductive Health Care, was moved to express her deep gratitude to the leaders and the Center's Trade Union for always caring and creating conditions for women to promote their capacity and affirm their role in professional work. "We feel the care, respect and understanding from the leaders. That is a valuable source of encouragement to help each woman of CDC Ca Mau be more confident and strong to overcome difficulties and complete the assigned tasks well," she shared.

The meeting was not only an occasion to meet and review traditions but also an opportunity to strengthen the spirit of solidarity and sharing among the female staff. The simple but emotional performances, the fresh bouquets of flowers and the sincere wishes made the atmosphere of the ceremony more bustling and full of love.

Along with the ceremony, the Center's Trade Union also organized exchanges and gave gifts to all female employees and workers as a way of expressing gratitude and recognition for their efforts and dedication over the past time. The gifts, though small, contained sincere feelings, expressing the unit's respect for their beloved half.

The meeting ended in laughter, souvenir photos and the close affection of the CDC Ca Mau collective. Vietnamese Women's Day October 20 is not only an occasion to honor, but also a reminder of the role, responsibility and pride of women in the medical profession - the "flowers" that still quietly spread their fragrance every day, making an important contribution to the cause of caring for, protecting and improving the health of the people of the province.
