Guiding commune level to implement contents under responsibility and management authority

PTQ - In order to ensure effective, unified and smooth state management activities immediately after implementing the 2-level local government from July 1, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province issued Official Dispatch No. 3870 directing and guiding communes, wards and special zones to deploy the contents under their responsibilities and management authority.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province requested the Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors, according to their functions and tasks, to proactively and urgently develop plans and programs to guide communes, wards and special economic zones in the province to implement the contents under the responsibilities and authority of the sectors and fields of the Department in charge. In particular, it is important to pay attention to researching in the direction of building an electronic handbook so that communes, wards and special economic zones can easily access and look up.

Provincial departments, branches and sectors are responsible for regularly monitoring, guiding, inspecting and directing specialized departments under the People's Committees at the commune level to perform tasks in assigned fields, promptly removing obstacles and difficulties in the implementation process, absolutely not allowing interruptions or affecting the handling of records, administrative procedures and activities of organizations and individuals in the period before, during and after the implementation of the 2-level local government. In case of exceeding authority, consult the Provincial People's Committee for consideration, settlement and report on implementation results before July 10, 2025.
