Guide to developing experiential tourism products and services

On the morning of December 3, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak coordinated with Saigon College of Tourism to organize a "Training course on developing experiential tourism services and products in Buon Jun, Lien Son town, Lak district".

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Thuy Phuong Hieu delivered the opening speech of the class.

Accordingly, the class was held for 4 days (from December 3-6) with the participation of 31 students who are individuals, households, and communities participating in business and exploiting tourism services (homestay, gong culture, traditional crafts, cuisine, OCOP products, agricultural products for tourism...) at Buon Jun, Lien Son town, Lak district.

Students are imparted knowledge about developing experiential tourism products and services.

By participating in the class, students will be imparted with experiences, knowledge, and guidance on developing experiential tourism services and products, including types such as eco-tourism, spiritual tourism, community tourism, etc.

Delegates and students take souvenir photos at the opening ceremony.

Through the class, students are expected to create unique local tourism products to effectively serve tourists; raise awareness of community tourism development, create more jobs, increase income, contribute to improving the lives, culture, and socio-economic development of the locality.
