The Executive Committee of Cho Gao Commune Youth Union coordinated with students of the People's Police University to organize the cleaning of the memorial stele of 8 Song Binh ammunition carriers and the stele of martyrs in the commune. Here, the union members and young people burned incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs and cleaned the stele area. This is a meaningful activity of the youth to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for national independence, continuing the good tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", which is the responsibility and gratitude of today's young generation to the previous generation. At the same time, it demonstrates the pioneering spirit of the youth in participating in environmental sanitation, creating a bright, green, clean and beautiful landscape.
Continuing the series of gratitude activities, the Youth Union of Cho Gao commune and students of the People's Police University visited and cooked a "Meal of Love" at the house of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Chung in Dien Thanh hamlet, Cho Gao commune.
To carry out this activity, early in the morning, the members and students of the People's Police University went to the market, choosing fresh and delicious foods to cook "Meals of Love". The meal was carefully prepared with many hometown dishes. At the meal, the members and students were told stories by Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Chung about the years of resistance of the army and people of their commune, and memories of the children who sacrificed their blood and bones for the Fatherland. The gratitude meal is a small act but shows the affection, responsibility and gratitude of the youth for the great contributions of Heroic Vietnamese Mother.
With the exciting and practical activities of the youth of Cho Gao commune on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27, they have contributed to effectively implementing the work of gratitude, taking better care of the material and spiritual life of families with meritorious services and people with meritorious services. From there, raising the responsibility of the youth and people about the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude" to the generation of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland, contributing to strengthening
