Responding to "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Month" and "National Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue and Relief Day"

The plan is implemented to effectively implement the provisions of the law on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue (PCCC and CNCH); at the same time, strengthen safety measures, minimize fires, explosions, accidents and incidents causing damage. This activity also contributes to promoting the movement "All people prevent, fight, rescue and rescue" to take place vigorously, practically and effectively, towards building a safe and civilized working environment.

According to the plan, the departments and units under the Department will organize propaganda and dissemination of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Month and the National Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue and Rescue Day, and at the same time thoroughly grasp important directive documents of the Central and the province. In particular, focusing on implementing the provisions of the Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue and Rescue; Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025 of the Government; Circular No. 36/2025/TT-BCA dated May 15, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security ; Directive No. 01/CT-TTg dated January 3, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening fire prevention and fighting in the new situation; Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated June 24, 2024 on strengthening fire prevention and fighting for multi-storey houses, multi-apartment houses, individual houses combined with production and business; together with Decision No. 2141/QD-UBND dated September 25, 2025 of the People's Committee of Son La province on organizing activities in response to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Month and the National Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue Day.

Along with the propaganda work, the Department also directed its affiliated units to hang propaganda banners from September 30, 2025 to October 31, 2025, with typical slogans such as: "Warmly responding to the 30th Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Month (October 2025) and the 24th National Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue and Rescue Day (October 4, 2025)" ; "Good implementation of the Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue is the responsibility and obligation of every citizen" .
