Gia Loc District installs security surveillance cameras in many public locations

The intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue and Provincial Road 395 into Yet Kieu Commune (Gia Loc) has cameras installed.

Gia Loc District People's Committee has installed security surveillance cameras at 14 public locations such as intersections, three-way intersections, turns onto some main roads, service road areas, bordering other districts...

The smart camera system has the function of receiving surveillance image signals at key locations and important traffic intersections and transmitting them to the monitoring center located at the district police headquarters.

The total investment cost for the system is over 4.4 billion VND, from the district budget for the period 2021-2025 and other legal capital sources.

The installation of this camera system aims to enhance security, order and traffic safety in the district, raising people's awareness when participating in traffic and in social activities.

Previously, Gia Loc district installed camera systems at 20 public locations.
