This is considered an important solution to create high consensus and unity, a bridge between the Party, the government and the people.
Comrade Bui Van Diep, Chairman of Kim Boi District People's Committee, had a dialogue and directly responded to opinions and recommendations of Du Sang commune residents related to the regional linking road project through the area.

Cuoi Ha is a densely populated commune, the commune is implementing 2 projects: a concentrated residential stabilization area with an area of 2.1 hectares; a complex of ecological urban areas, high-class entertainment and a cable car system with an area of 189 hectares. Identifying dialogue as a bridge for Party committees and authorities to be close to the people, promptly resolving issues of concern to the people right from the grassroots level. On the other hand, this is also an effective channel for propaganda and mass mobilization, so in 2023, with the motto of focusing on democracy, listening to people's opinions, the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Cuoi Ha commune organized 2 dialogue sessions to promptly grasp and resolve complex and sensitive issues of public concern. Thereby, creating consensus among people in the process of site clearance to implement 2 projects in the area, contributing to promoting the socio -economic development of the commune.
Comrade Bui Van Duong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cuoi Ha Commune, shared: Based on the plan and instructions of the district, the Party Committee has developed a plan and organized a dialogue conference at the commune level. Before organizing the dialogue, we directed the villages and hamlets to inform about the content of the plan, and at the same time grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people as well as their reflections and recommendations to focus on leadership and direction of implementation. Thanks to the good organization of the dialogues, currently, the people basically agree with the commune in implementing projects and patriotic emulation movements, contributing to stabilizing people's lives with an average income per capita in 2023 reaching over 23.3 million VND, an increase of 10% over the same period; the poverty rate decreased to 16.4%, a decrease of 2.95% over the same period.
"Implementing Decision No. 232, dated June 9, 2016 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee regulating dialogue with the people, in the past 5 years, Kim Boi District Party Committee has directed the grassroots to organize 141 dialogue meetings with the people. Of which, the district level organized 56 meetings, communes and towns organized 85 meetings. The organization of dialogues all ensured publicity, transparency and democracy. After direct dialogues, the heads of Party committees and authorities at all levels issued concluding documents, directing functional branches in assigned fields to promptly resolve opinions and recommendations from the people. This is the basic condition to limit the occurrence of complicated cases, not to form "hot spots", significantly reducing complaints and denunciations. At the same time, it helps Party committees and authorities at all levels, especially the heads, grasp and clearly recognize the limitations and shortcomings in performing public duties. in sectors, localities and units. From there, timely measures can be taken to rectify and overcome the situation," affirmed comrade Nguyen Ngoc Thuy, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and Chairman of the Kim Boi District Fatherland Front Committee.
