Truong Sa district organized a meeting to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day

Communes and towns of Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa province recently held a meeting to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20).

On the morning of November 20, communes and towns of Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa province held a meeting to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024). Attending were Colonel Tran Van Quyen, Brigade Commander of Brigade 146, representatives of local authorities, officers, soldiers, teachers, parents and students.

The meeting took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere. The delegates, teachers and students reviewed the traditional history of Vietnamese Teachers' Day; enjoyed performances by officers, soldiers and students; and listened to congratulations from leaders, Brigade commanders, island commanders, parents' representatives and students to the teachers on the front lines of the Fatherland.

Although the school is located on an island, teaching and learning conditions still have certain difficulties, but the local government, together with the army and people on the islands always care and create favorable conditions for teachers here to have the best conditions to teach and work. With enthusiasm, love for the profession, and love for students, over the years, teachers of schools in communes and towns of Truong Sa district have always strived and devoted themselves to nurturing green shoots, which is clearly shown in the teaching and learning results of the school, thereby making a very important contribution to the education cause of the whole country.

Teacher Cao Van Truyen, a teacher at Truong Sa Town Primary School, shared: "I volunteered to write an application to work on the island and always feel very honored and proud when I was trusted with the responsibility of teaching and working at Truong Sa Town Primary School, to contribute a small part of my efforts in the noble cause of educating people. With the attention of all levels, sectors, authorities, people and forces stationed on the island for the teaching staff, we feel that we have to make more efforts in teaching so that the teaching and learning results of the school will be better and better."

On this occasion, the authorities and forces on duty in communes and towns of Truong Sa district congratulated and presented teachers with beautiful bouquets of flowers.
