Japanese stocks opened higher, with the Nikkei 225 index in Tokyo gaining 402.28 points, or 0.79 percent, to 51,314.04.

Similarly, the South Korean stock market also had a positive start. In the first 15 minutes of trading, the KOSPI index in Seoul increased by 89.06 points (2.19%) to 4,162.30 points.

In the Chinese market, major indices also recorded green. The Shanghai Composite Index in Shanghai opened at 4,023.88 points, up 5.28 points, or 0.13%. The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong also opened up 99.03 points, or 0.37%, to 26,748.09 points.

The main driver of this rally came from Wall Street, where the US Senate pushed a plan to end the government shutdown that has dragged on for 41 days. President Donald Trump also expressed support for this bipartisan deal.

David Morrison, a senior analyst at consultancy Trade Nation, said that if all goes well, some federal agencies could reopen as early as November 14. The reopening of the US government could provide more data on inflation and the labor market, which will be key to the Federal Reserve's decision to cut interest rates next month. Mr. Morrison said that since the beginning of October 2025, neither the Fed nor investors have had much economic data, making it difficult to assess the market.

In the domestic market, at 9:50 a.m. on November 11, the VN-Index increased by 10.42 points (0.66%) to 1,590.96 points. The HNX-Index increased by 1.57 points (0.61%) to 259.75 points.
