[Infographic] – Rights of local authorities and people where minerals are exploited

Supporting residential land and production land for ethnic minorities has been a policy of the Party and State for many years to improve the lives of people in remote and isolated areas. In the 2021-2030 period, this policy continues to be concretized through Decision 1719/QD-TTg approving the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period (Phase I: from 2021 to 2025).
