Israel attacks aid distribution point in Gaza, more than 30 people dead

At least 50 people, including 32 victims near food aid distribution sites in Rafah, were killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza on July 19.

According to Al Jazeera, at least 50 Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza on July 19.

Gaza Health Authority said that Nasser General Hospital has received 32 bodies since dawn on July 19 following the latest shooting at the Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF) food aid distribution site in Rafah.

An estimated 900 people have reportedly died while waiting for food in Gaza since late May, most of them near GHF-controlled sites.

Two people were killed in Israeli shelling of the al-Nazla neighbourhood of Jabalia, northern Gaza, medical sources told Al Jazeera .

Reports citing information from Nasser Hospital added that Israeli forces attacked tents set up by displaced Palestinians for shelter in the western city of Khan Younis.

At least 100 others were reportedly injured in Israeli attacks in Gaza on July 19.

A network of Palestinian NGOs says the Gaza Strip is experiencing its worst humanitarian disaster yet. The UN World Food Programme says one in three Palestinians have gone days without food.
