Plan to install fixed communication panels on prevention and response to gender-based violence in communes, wards and special zones

Pursuant to Decision No. 254/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Action Plan to implement the National Strategy on Gender Equality for the period 2021 - 2030 in Quang Ngai province; Plan No. 33/KH-UBND dated February 28, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee implementing the Communication Program on Gender Equality to 2030 in Quang Ngai province; Plan No. 93/KH-UBND dated April 23, 2025 of the People's Committee implementing gender equality work in Quang Ngai province in 2025 and Official Dispatch No. 127/SVHTTDL-TTBCXB dated July 15, 2025 of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the appraisal of the content of the communication map.

The Department of Home Affairs develops a plan to install fixed communication panels on prevention and response to gender-based violence in communes, wards, and special zones as follows:

1. Purpose

To communicate and contribute to changing awareness and behavior of the community on preventing and responding to gender-based violence and gender equality in the relationship between men and women, in implementing family planning, in choosing to give birth according to gender, affirming the position of women in the family and in society.

2. Content

Communication message on prevention and response to gender-based violence (with mockup approved by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism):

3. Installation location: expected in the communes: Tho Phong, Ba To; Wards: Nghia Lo, Sa Huynh and Ly Son special zone.

4. Quantity and implementation specifications

- Quantity: 05 clusters (01 side and 02 sides according to suitable locations).

- Media type: New construction of fixed billboard cluster.

- Dimensions of 01 cluster are as follows: Area of ​​the board surface = 24m2/01 surface ( 4m high x 6m long) , 03 V5 iron pillars, connecting the pillars with V4 iron, concrete pillar base in the shape of a box (40 cm x 40 cm for each pillar) , total height of the board is 6m (from the ground to the board surface is 2m ) .

- Specifications: 03mm square iron panel surface, 01mm thick, covered with 0.4mm thick flat iron, covered with 02 black leather canvas on 1 side, printed with images and communication messages on preventing gender-based violence.
