This year's festival takes place at East Sea Park, Tam Thanh Beach Square, and many other locations throughout the city, offering a series of experiences combining cuisine , art, culture, and technology. The event is expected to create a unique tourism product and contribute to refreshing the image of Da Nang as a tourist destination.
The highlight of the festival is the "Culinary Quintessence of Quang Nam" space at the East Sea Park, featuring over 200 stalls offering local, regional, and international cuisine. Many signature dishes such as Quang noodles, banh xeo (Vietnamese savory pancake), cao lau (Hoi An noodle dish), banh trang cuon thit heo (rice paper rolls with pork), Central Vietnamese seafood, and international dishes are introduced to locals and tourists.

Beyond just enjoying the cuisine, the festival also features food preparation workshops, traditional craft demonstrations, folk games, and cultural interaction activities. The "Colors of Quang Nam" check-in area is also meticulously designed with large-scale scenes inspired by Central Vietnamese life, such as basket boats, Quang Nam kitchens, street vendors, and seaside streets, combined with lighting technology to create an enhanced experience for visitors.

A notable new feature at this year's festival is the launch of the Da Nang Food Map - ShopeeFood, which helps tourists search, select, and discover outstanding culinary destinations in the city. This is considered a step forward in applying technology to the development of culinary tourism in Da Nang.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, the organization of the Da Nang Food Tour 2026 aims to make cuisine a distinctive tourism product and a new "cultural ambassador" of the city in the process of integration and development.
