Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province congratulated and commended the achievements and contributions of press agencies in deeply, widely, fully and clearly propagating the efforts and achievements of Cao Bang province in performing the tasks of Party building, socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security and social security.
Through press works, reporters and journalists have promoted and publicized the people and homeland of Cao Bang to a wide range of readers at home and abroad.
