On the morning of October 22, at Hoa Hiep Industrial Park, Dak Lak Social Insurance (SI) coordinated with Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board to organize a conference to disseminate, answer and advise on legal policies on social insurance, health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance for nearly 100 employees at Hung Bang Company Limited.
In addition, the professional departments of the provincial Social Insurance also disseminated, consulted, and answered dozens of opinions from employees and employers about difficulties in implementing social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies. They focused on issues such as income for social insurance contributions; cases subject to compulsory social insurance participation; resolving benefits for employees in enterprises with social insurance debts, maternity leave, etc.

According to Ms. Nguyen Vu To Quyen, Deputy Head of Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board, this is a joint activity between the provincial Social Insurance and Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board to disseminate, answer questions, and advise on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies at enterprises. Thereby, helping employees and employers better understand the regulations related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies to apply them in practice at their units, contributing to ensuring the rights and interests of employees.
As planned, on October 23 and 24, Dak Lak Social Insurance will continue to coordinate with Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board to organize conferences to disseminate, answer questions, and provide advice on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies for employees and employers at 3 enterprises in An Phu Industrial Park and Hoa Hiep Industrial Park.
