Binh Kien Ward Women's Union accompanies members to improve digital capacity

On the afternoon of October 22, the Women's Union of Binh Kien Ward held its first Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Representatives of the Provincial Women's Union, ward leaders, and 115 official delegates attended the congress.

During the past term, the women's movement and activities of the Women's Union of Binh Kien ward have promoted their core role in women's work and gender equality, actively contributing to the local socio -economic development.

The Association has focused on innovating the content and methods of operation, building many effective models; synchronously implementing emulation movements and campaigns, creating clear changes in the awareness and actions of members. Family work and social security are focused on, contributing to improving material and spiritual life and affirming the role and position of women in the family and community.

During the term, the Women's Union of Binh Kien Ward sponsored 8 children in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 4.5 million VND/month; supported 77 women to start a business, reaching 102.67% of the target; launched a special emulation movement "115 projects, tasks - For a green, clean, beautiful Dak Lak "; implemented 6 projects, effectively maintained 8 models and 9 clubs.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Binh Kien Ward sets the goal of building a strong organization, operating effectively, adapting flexibly to the new context; building a team of union officials with courage, innovation and creativity; promoting the role of women in participating in Party and government building and developing a green, sustainable and happy locality.

The Congress also unanimously approved a number of key targets such as: Annually supporting at least 50 women with startup ideas; helping 3 women's households escape poverty according to multidimensional standards; 100% of branches maintaining cultural and sports models; 100% of union officials being trained in digital skills, 90% of branch presidents being trained in association work.

The Association also continues to promote the emulation movement "Building Dak Lak women of the new era" and the campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean". At the same time, the breakthrough of the term is determined to be "Comprehensive digital transformation in the organization of the Association; accompanying women to improve digital capacity", contributing to affirming the image of dynamic and creative Binh Kien women in the new era.

The new Executive Committee was introduced to the congress.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Binh Kien Ward Women's Union, Term I, consisting of 35 comrades; the Standing Committee consisting of 9 comrades. Ms. Phi Thi Hong Tang was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
