On December 11th, both day and night, the northeast wind will gradually decrease to force 4-5, occasionally reaching force 6 offshore, with rough seas. On December 13th, strong winds and high waves may reappear. The level of natural disaster risk at sea is at level 2; all vessels operating in this area are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and high waves.
