Comrade Tran Van Cong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of the Tournament - chaired and directly supervised the meeting.
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and comprehensively reviewing the progress of preparations for organizing the Games; with the main focus on the following contents: the development of race routes; preparation of facilities, logistics and reception; communication and promotion of the Games through mass media and digital platforms; ensuring security, traffic safety, fire prevention and control, rescue and relief; medical care and ensuring the safety of athletes throughout the competition; and competition management.

The Subcommittees reported specifically on the results of the assigned tasks, and also proposed and recommended several issues related to competition conditions, the arrangement of service personnel, and coordination among relevant sectors, localities, and units, in order to ensure that the "PaVi Ancient Stone Road" Marathon is organized safely, economically, efficiently, and in accordance with the Regulations.


Concluding the meeting, Comrade Tran Van Cong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism , and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of the Tournament - requested the Subcommittees to continue to proactively and promptly complete their tasks according to schedule; strengthen close coordination among all forces; and promptly report any difficulties or obstacles that arise to the Organizing Committee for guidance and resolution. He also emphasized the requirement to ensure absolute safety for athletes and delegates attending the tournament, contributing to improving the professional quality and prestige of the event.

Through the meeting, the Organizing Committee agreed on the implementation plans for the coming period, determined to successfully organize the first Lai Chau Province "PaVi Ancient Stone Road" Marathon in 2025, thereby contributing to promoting the image, tourism potential, and cultural identity of the ethnic groups of Lai Chau province to a wide audience of people and tourists inside and outside the province.
