At the training course, trainees were taught the following topics: Basic knowledge of border areas on land; protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security in the new situation; foreign information activities on border areas on land; guidance on skills and techniques in implementing information and propaganda work, foreign information for forces participating in foreign information activities; skills in applying digital technology in organizing propaganda and communication activities; interview answering skills and handling information crises.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, comrade Tran Van Cong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized that, in the face of the increasingly high requirements of foreign information work in the current context, the training course was organized to equip students with more knowledge, update skills, and methods of implementing propaganda and foreign information in accordance with the new situation; at the same time, help students gain more practical experience to advise and organize work more effectively in localities and units.

Colonel Le Cong Thanh - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command conveyed basic content about the border area on land.
He suggested that trainees focus and proactively exchange and share experiences with lecturers and reporters so that the training content achieves practical results, contributing to improving the quality of information and propaganda work and foreign information of the province in the coming time.
The training course takes place over 3 days and is expected to close on November 26.
