On September 26, in Hanoi, the US Department of State , the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and VMO Holdings Technology Joint Stock Company (VMO) signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation and inaugurated the Climate Change Startup Cooperation Center (CCE Hub).

With the signing and opening of the CCE Hub, the parties agreed to work together to promote start-up activities in the field of climate change through the use of start-up resources, exploiting technology, thereby mitigating climate change and growing the economy with clean energy. The CCE Hub, located at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, is a dedicated creative space designed to provide a community space for founders and start-ups.
The Center’s goal is to facilitate the creation of businesses that pioneer emerging sustainable solutions or innovate existing solutions; focusing on sustainability, including: clean energy, sustainable agriculture , climate finance, climate resilience and resilience, and resilience projects. Through capital support, capacity building, technical assistance, access to mentorship, and networking, the U.S. Department of State and its partners can help climate change entrepreneurs establish a foothold in the marketplace, deploy effective technologies and solutions, and create greater global impact.
