1. Competition name: Competition for architectural design of the project: High-Tech Center for Posts and Telecommunications - Phase II ( VNPT -IT Building).

2. Purpose of the competition: To select the optimal solution, meeting the requirements of planning, architecture, engineering, culture, national defense, security, fire prevention and fighting and environmental protection; demonstrating the meaning and nature of the construction project as the headquarters of a modern information technology company; at the same time, the design solution has high feasibility, can be implemented and meets socio -economic efficiency, satisfying the requirements of the design task approved by the Investor.

3. Form of recruitment: Open recruitment, unlimited number of domestic candidates with sufficient professional capacity, practicing according to current law and voluntarily participating in the recruitment.

4. Contestants: Organizations and individuals with sufficient professional capacity and practice according to current laws and requirements in the Contest Regulations.

7. Project information:

6.1. Project name: Post and Telecommunications High-Tech Center - Phase II (VNPT-IT Building).

6.2. Construction site: No. 28 Xuan Tao Street, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City.

6.3. Investment objective: Construction of a project with the function of Headquarters and Research and Development of Information Technology for VNPT Information Technology Company under Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group.

6.4. Investor: Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group.

6.5. Investor: Network Infrastructure Corporation.

6.6. Scale and nature of the project:

a) Project scale: Construction of a 25-storey building + 03 basements, construction floor area of approximately 68,400 m2, above-ground floor area of approximately 51,000 m2, basement floor area of approximately 17,400 m2.

b) Nature of project: Civil project, level I. Group B project

8. Time, location and submission of application:

Organizations and individuals submit their application documents directly or by express delivery to the Examination Organizing Unit. In case of express delivery, the application documents must reach the Examination Organizing Unit before the prescribed deadline, regardless of the postmark. The Examination Organizing Unit is not responsible for damaged or peeled application documents sent by express delivery.

The time for submitting application documents and submitting product documents for the competition starts from 08:00 on May 20, 2025 to before 16:00 on June 19, 2025 to the Competition Organizing Unit at the address at the competition venue:

- 01 First Prize (first-place option): 100,000,000 VND (In words: One hundred million VND).

- 01 Second Prize (2nd place option): 70,000,000 VND (In words: Seventy million VND).

- 01 Third Prize (3rd place option): 40,000,000 VND (In words: Forty million VND).
