The delegation was led by Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
Also participating in the working delegation were leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Department of Home Affairs, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Police and leaders of the communes and wards: Dong Loc, Phuc Loc, Vinh Loc.

Nghi Loc Cemetery is the resting place of 1,624 martyrs; of which 756 are Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who fought and died in Laos.

During the great national resistance wars and noble international duties, millions of outstanding Vietnamese sons enlisted in the army. Many remained on the battlefield forever. The sacrifices of the martyrs made our country blossom with independence and freedom. The Fatherland and the People will forever remember and be grateful to the heroic martyrs.

The provincial delegation also visited and presented gifts to the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center and the Nghe An Mental Health War Invalids Nursing Area. Currently, the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center is managing, caring for, nurturing, and nursing 55 seriously wounded and sick soldiers who participated in and served in the resistance wars against French colonialism, against American imperialism, the war to protect the Fatherland's borders, and performing international duties.

In addition to the war wounds and the severe consequences of toxic chemicals that still smolder and torture the body every day, old age is also a big challenge for the wounded and sick soldiers here. The youngest is over 60 years old, the oldest is 93 years old. The older they get, the more their health declines, making daily activities, care and treatment more difficult.

Especially for the Nghe An Mental Health Nursing Area, currently taking care of 58 wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, children of martyrs, and children of resistance fighters who were infected with toxic chemicals; both physically and mentally weak.

Visiting, encouraging and wishing good health to wounded soldiers and those affected by the war, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation expressed her gratitude and deep appreciation for the contributions and sacrifices of their youth for the Fatherland.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also acknowledged the efforts of the staff of the two centers. With affection and responsibility, on behalf of the Party, State and People of the province, they directly cared for, served and implemented policies for war invalids and sick soldiers in the best way.
From August 1, 2025, these two centers will merge into one. Unit staff need to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, carry out the task of caring for and nurturing wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with revolutionary contributions with all their hearts and deep devotion. Thereby contributing to realizing the policies of the Party and State and at the same time contributing to spreading and fostering the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Vietnamese people.
