On the evening of December 14, the second night of the 4th Ho Chi Minh City International Music Festival - Ho Do 2024 took place at Nguyen Hue walking street (Ho Chi Minh City) with the participation of a number of artists such as My Tam, Hoang Dung, Vu Thanh Van, ANIROCK band...

Thousands of people lined up early to wait for the artists to appear. The MC asked the audience who they were most looking forward to. The whole audience shouted in unison: "My Tam".

Night of contemporary, vibrant music.

The event started at 6pm, earlier than scheduled. Compared to the first night, there were more people waiting with umbrellas and raincoats.

Different from the traditional music of the previous night, the second night of the music festival brought contemporary, vibrant melodies.

John, from Australia, said he was surprised by a music event of such grand scale in Vietnam.

He shared: "I just happened to pass by here, not expecting that the event had free admission.

I wanted to join because the atmosphere here is very energetic and vibrant. The image of the artist standing on a giant stage, in front of which are fire-breathing effects, looks very beautiful."

Thanh Nam, ran from Tan Binh to the event early. He expressed: "Learning from experience, I went early to meet My Tam but still didn't have enough standing space.

The opening act was Anirocks, a band from the land of cherry blossoms. The group brought a unique musical feast. Viewers enjoyed the impressive mix of many instruments such as electric guitar, guitar, piano or rock music from flute and violin.

Two international artists A.Train (Korea) and Greta (Denmark) continued the excitement of the Ho Do stage. The music festival atmosphere became more and more attractive with the bustling melody of electric guitar, the quiet atmosphere of piano, the clattering sound of drums or the haunting voice.

Vu Thanh Van shines on the Ho Do stage in a sexy, luxurious black and white outfit. She opens with the soothing lyrics Missing you .

The atmosphere of the Ho Do music festival quickly turned into a "rocking" mode with Xin Dung . Many audiences swayed their hands along with Vu Thanh Van.

In the last song, everyone enjoyed the image of the noble Vu Thanh Van, holding a guitar in her hand in the song Em khong . While shouting loudly and enthusiastically, the audience quickly swayed and sang in unison, creating a space full of the atmosphere of a music festival.

The audience continued to enjoy indie rock songs performed by the band The Big Day, from Scotland. The members were so fluent that they seemed to be "playing" with their instruments, creating a joyful and vibrant atmosphere.

Before they could satisfy their thirst, the concert moved into a new atmosphere with the all-rounder group Psychic Fever - a member of the EXILE "tribe" (Japan's national group). The seven boys sang, rapped and performed "crazy" choreography.

The group was once on the Ho Do 2023 stage. This year, Psychic Fever still maintained its form. The audience cheered continuously, like a "winged" compliment for the group.

Going through many emotions, the audience still wants My Tam

The members took turns saying hello and introducing themselves. The audience did not hesitate to shout back: "Hello".

At the Ho Do 2024 stage, Hoang Dung is no longer the muse. He started with the song Doi Mui, which was "extremely hot". The muse was also renewed by Hoang Dung, no longer regretful, but instead filled with happy, joyful emotions.

Although the audience was enthusiastic about the cam beat (dancing to the music when the camera panned), the MC asked if the audience wanted to continue and everyone said in unison: "Want My Tam".

Thousands of cameras were raised, waiting for My Tam to appear. My Tam opened the show with the song Giac Mo Tinh Yeu in a beautiful, seductive princess costume. Below the stage, many arms and flashbulbs waved to the music.

The song "Where I Stop" was also renewed by the band Hoai Sa, no longer a sad love song but became a cheerful melody for the audience to sing and dance to.

My Tam entertained everyone with melodies from cheerful, soulful to lively, seductive. After midnight, most of the Ho Do participants still "kept their numbers" until My Tam's final performances.
