During the implementation process, agencies and units need to pay attention to implementing the tasks assigned by competent authorities to close accounting books, compare data with the State Treasury according to regulations until the end of June 22, 2025 as a basis for preparing the Operating Expenses Finalization Report and organizing the handover according to regulations. For expenses arising from June 23 to before June 30, 2025, the unit continues to implement, prepare full records and documents to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
