In the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Ngoc Hoi district has 2 exam sites, more than 600 candidates and 29 exam rooms. Of which, Nguyen Trai High School exam site has nearly 500 candidates; Phan Chu Trinh High School exam site has nearly 140 candidates. Up to now, the review work for students has been seriously implemented by the schools. After two trial exams, most students achieved good results. Preparations for the exam such as ensuring security and order, traffic safety, health care , fire prevention and fighting, electricity, backup exam rooms, communication, and accommodation for candidates living far away have been carefully prepared by the locality and exam sites. The plan to support and assist the exam season, supporting over 200 ethnic minority candidates has been proactively implemented by the government and organizations.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Y Ngoc noted that the exam takes place during the time when district-level authorities are suspended and communes are merged, so the workload will be greater. Therefore, the spirit of preparing for the exam must be extremely serious and responsible. The team working on the exam at the exam sites and local authorities must ensure good facilities, safety and security for the exam; closely coordinate in implementing tasks, and avoid mistakes. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested schools and localities to continue reviewing the exam, ensuring food hygiene and safety, ensuring traffic safety, preparing support plans for candidates and teachers on exam duty; noting that the invigilators' uniforms must be serious; members of the Steering Committee and the Department of Education and Training continue to inspect and direct the timely handling of arising issues, ensuring the success of the exam./.
