In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Cells of Kon Tum Provincial Party Committees have promoted their role as the political core, maintained the principles of Party organization and activities, and comprehensively and effectively led the implementation of assigned tasks. The Party Cell has arranged, consolidated, separated, merged, dissolved, established new, and renamed affiliated Party Cells for 14 units and established 12 new units; implemented the policy of unifying the position of Party Committee Secretary who is also the head of the agency or unit for 19 Party Committees; consulted on the verification and conclusion of political standards for more than 2,000 cases of cadres, civil servants, and public employees; supported the construction of 08 gratitude houses and eliminated 02 temporary houses for households in difficult circumstances, with a total support amount of 530 million VND.

The Congress assessed the leadership and direction results of the Party Cell for the 2020-2025 term; determined the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. The focus is on continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell; proactively and effectively implementing the Party's policies and resolutions; building a truly clean and strong Party Cell in all aspects, contributing to the successful completion of the political tasks of the agency, building the Party Committee of the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee agencies increasingly stronger; striving to have 100% of Party members fulfill their tasks well every year, with no Party members violating Party discipline; the Party Cell achieving good performance or better; 100% of civil servants achieving the title of advanced workers; over 30% of civil servants having innovative experiences; maintaining and replicating at least 01 effective and widespread model of studying and following Uncle Ho.
