In the dispatch, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and localities to urge insurance businesses to promptly and thoroughly resolve the payment and compensation for damages to insurance customers who are people and businesses affected by floods, with the fastest and most convenient procedures, ensuring timeliness, completeness, and compliance with the law on insurance business and related laws.
Directing Vietnam Social Security to pay social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance in a timely and complete manner with quick and convenient procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance.
The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health, according to its assigned functions and tasks, to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance and relevant localities to direct the settlement of health insurance benefits for health insurance participants affected by floods.
The Chairmen of the People's Committees of the above-mentioned provinces and centrally-run cities shall proactively and actively coordinate closely with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Home Affairs to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the people and businesses...
